TravelSky has set up a three-level customer service system, to provide a comprehensive and satisfactory

Customer support.

Our local branches, offices and Cares Ltd. are the frontline support entities; We are in charge of the provision of support for the local users in a timely manner and strive to provide more characterized efficient and comprehensive service for the airlines, local airports and civil aviation bureau of each province. We are currently working on the collection of information of airlines, airports and each aviation bureau, to setup an comprehensive customer database, thus enable us to provide prioritized service. We also take the lead in the process of important information system project; actively participate to the work of assorting and organizing for the project.

If you have any queries or encounter problems while using our systems, please contact TravelSky's local service center, we will provide system consultation, application design, network installation, maintenance and other services.

Meanwhile, we are setting up local support lines progressively, currently there are four lines available include: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and their peripheral areas.
